To air fry: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
To freeze: Arrange uncooked wontons on a baking sheet in a single layer, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag. Fry straight from frozen, adding about 1 extra minute to the cook time.
For extra heat: Add finely chopped jalapeño or more green chilies.
